Warranty for Third-Party Products
For products such as smartphones, laptops, gaming products, and IT products, please follow these guidelines:
- Contacting the Manufacturer: For warranty support, please reach out directly to the manufacturer as per their warranty guidelines.
- Coverage: Warranty terms may vary by manufacturer. Refer to the specific warranty information provided for each product.
- Claims Process: Submit warranty claims for third-party products directly to the manufacturer or an authorized service center.
- Limitations: The warranty may not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or modifications made to the product.
- Duration: Warranty periods and conditions differ based on the product and manufacturer. Please check the documentation for specific details.
Our Warranty Policy
Our warranty policy covers defects in material, design, or workmanship after your purchase. Upon purchase, you can view applicable warranty details on the product page.
Repair Process
If your item is eligible for repair, please raise a warranty request through the Nquiree.com support team. Our warranty team will contact you within 24 hours for claim validation and troubleshooting. If unresolved, we will arrange a collection to collect the defective item at no cost. Important: For electronic devices storing personal data, back up files and remove passwords before sending them for repair. The approved repair vendor may not be able to repair your device or erase all information otherwise. We recommend erasing saved personal information as well.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty we provide covers products within the UAE.
Repair Time
Once the approved repair vendor receives your item, it will be inspected. If the defect is covered by the warranty, you should receive your item within 15-20 business days, although this may take slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
We cover shipping costs if the item is under warranty and the issue is covered. Shipping is only covered if the item is shipped from the same country where it was originally delivered. If you purchased the item in one country and travelled to another, we will not cover shipping costs for warranty claims.
Repair Costs
- Under Warranty: Repairs are free if the defect is covered and the warranty is valid.
- Not Covered: If your item can’t be repaired but is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will issue a replacement or full refund if a replacement isn’t available. If the issue isn’t covered or the warranty has been voided (e.g., due to accidental damage), you will receive a quote for repair fees from the approved repair vendor. You can choose to proceed with the repair at an additional cost or have the item returned free of charge. Payment for repairs and any applicable delivery charges must be made before we start the process.
Warranty Policy Details
- Turnaround Time: Time needed to obtain device information or customer approval is not included in the Turnaround Time (TAT) for repairs.
- Accuracy: The customer must ensure that all information provided during the warranty claim is accurate.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
- Liquid spills on the product.
- Unauthorized repairs.
- Use of the product for unintended purposes (e.g., using graphic cards for cryptocurrency mining).
- Packaging Requirements: The customer must pack the item in its original box or wrap it securely to prevent damage during transit. If inadequate packaging leads to damage, Nquiree.com will not be responsible, and the item will be returned without servicing.
